You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to the return address stated below without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery (exception for sealed goods under applicable law).
Our products are liquid feed supplements and are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once you have removed the seal, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the item concerned.
Both routes require the item to be unopened and in its original sealed condition. They differ in period and scope: with a withdrawal within fourteen days, we additionally refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery. Our voluntary guarantee extends the period to 90 days but refunds only the product price. In both cases you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
